Podcast Summary
Hey Dreamer,
Today’s episode? Whew. It’s for the one who has been wrestling with needing to be understood before moving forward. The one who keeps looking around for permission to be bold, when deep down—you already heard God speak.
Let’s have a heart-to-heart.
I know what it feels like to second-guess yourself after God gives a word—especially when the people around you don’t get it. Maybe they question your silence. Maybe they think your obedience is rebellion. Or maybe… they just don’t see what you see.
And that’s okay.
Because this right here? This is the moment where you get to decide whose voice holds the weight.
Galatians 1:10 draws a clear boundary—if we’re still living to please people, we can’t fully serve Christ. That’s not shade. That’s freedom. Because you were never designed to carry the weight of crowd approval.
We talked today about the real root of why we over-explain ourselves. For many of us, it’s not arrogance—it’s old wounds. Childhood spaces that taught us silence was dangerous. Family dynamics that equated compliance with love. Church cultures that expected perfection before process.
But here’s your freedom note: God’s voice is enough.
We also touched on the science—how your brain experiences rejection as real pain. But also how that same brain is capable of renewal. Neuroplasticity is proof that you can train your mind to anchor in God’s voice, not people’s opinions.
Let this be the day you stop waiting for the crowd to co-sign your calling. Let this be the day you breathe again. Boldly. Freely. Rooted in who sent you.
Keep going, Dreamer.
You are called.
Let’s connect. Not just in the comments, not just with a double tap. I want to know what’s been on your heart. Let’s talk, dream out loud, pray if you need it, laugh if you feel like it, just real space for real conversation.

You Don’t Need the Crowd, You’ve Already Been Called
Galatians 1:10 (NIV) - “Am I now seeking the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
