Let’s breathe together.

Because today is about mental reset.

It’s for the one who’s been battling thoughts that feel louder than peace, stronger than truth, and more familiar than faith.

But I want you to know—you are not crazy for having the thoughts.

And you are not powerless to change them.

You’ve probably been thinking all day—without even realizing how much those thoughts have shaped your mood, your choices, your energy.

Some of them crept in without permission.

Some of them sound like logic—but they’re really lies dressed in strategy.

The inner critic.

The self-doubt.

The fear.

They don’t belong in the garden of your mind.

The Word says, “Take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.”

Not some thoughts. Not just the big, dramatic ones.

Every thought.

That’s not a suggestion.

That’s strategy.

God has given you spiritual authority to decide what gets to stay.

So let’s bring it into coaching language:

What thought have you been rehearsing that isn’t true?

What belief have you been silently agreeing with?

This isn’t about shame—it’s about alignment.

And the way we align?

We replace the lie with a better narrative.

With the Word. With truth. With new rehearsals.

Because repetition rewires.

And the Spirit renews.

Take a breath with me.

Inhale…

Exhale…

Now say this with your heart:

“I am not what I think. I am who God says I am.”

Say it again if you need to.

Let your nervous system learn what truth feels like.

You’re not behind.

You’re in process.

And this moment? This devotional? This meditation?

It’s part of your transformation.

Keep exposing the lie.

Keep rehearsing the truth.

Keep planting what you want to grow.

You are being renewed—mind, body, spirit.

And your thoughts are starting to follow the truth that’s already yours.
