Podcast Summary
Hey Dreamer,
Can we talk for a second?
I know what it’s like to want answers. To crave clarity. To ask God, “Why did You bring me here?” or “What are You doing with this?”
And if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably been trying to solve God’s plan like a puzzle.
But here’s the thing… some seasons don’t come with explanations.
They come with instructions.
We don’t like to move without understanding.
We want to see the finish line before we even take the first step.
And when God asks us to obey without details? Whew. That’s hard.
Maybe you’ve been saying things like,
“I’ll obey when it makes more sense.”
“I need to know how this plays out before I move.”
But real obedience doesn’t come with conditions.
It just comes with trust.
Isaiah 55 reminds us,
“My thoughts are not your thoughts. My ways are not your ways.”
In other words: God is not like us.
He doesn’t think like we think.
He sees more. Knows more. Understands more.
And sometimes, obedience will feel blind—but it’s not. It’s anchored in the One who sees the end from the beginning.
Let me encourage and coach you here:
If God gave you the next step, you’re not lost—you’re led.
Stop waiting for a full blueprint before you build.
The foundation is already there.
Your job isn’t to demand clarity—it’s to move with conviction.
You don’t have to understand everything to be obedient.
You just have to remember Who gave the instruction.
Here’s your reminder today.
“God doesn’t owe me the whole picture. He just asks for my yes.”
So breathe.
Release the pressure to know it all.
Let go of the weight of figuring it all out.
Take the next step.
One move. One moment. One yes at a time.
You’re not walking alone.
God is already in your future.
He’s already made a way.
So even if it doesn’t make sense right now—
Obey anyway.
Keep dreaming.
Keep believing.
And keep showing up—faith first.
Today’s Devotion
Again, Obedience Doesn’t Require Understanding
Isaiah 55:8-9 – "‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the Lord. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.’"
