Dear Dreamer,

This episode is for the one who’s been performing peace instead of living it. For the one whose calendar is color-coded and full—but whose spirit is stretched thin. For the strong one, the responsible one, the steady one... who's quietly tired of holding it all together.

I see you. And more importantly, God sees you.

This week, I didn’t come with another inspirational moment for your journal. I came with an invitation—to dwell. To come out of survival mode. To move from rehearsing old safety scripts to actually rewriting them with God.

Psalm 91 isn’t just poetry—it’s a prescription for your nervous system, your mind, and your faith walk. Because the truth is, your body doesn’t just remember your trauma, your stress, or your over-functioning... it also longs to remember what it feels like to be safe.

The heart behind this episode?

You are not your performance.

You are not your productivity.

And God’s protection is not a backup plan—it’s your birthright.

Together, we walked through something I call the “Safety Story Shift”—a coaching tool designed to help you name the silent stress, trace where it came from, and then rewire the belief with the shelter of God’s truth.
