Let’s get real about time.
A lot of us say, “I don’t have enough time.” But if we truly tracked our days, we might find that our time isn’t being stolen—it’s being surrendered. Not to God, but to distractions, to busyness, to things that don’t really matter.
Psalm 90:12 says, “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” This isn’t just about marking days off a calendar. It’s about living with intention. It’s about recognizing that time is not something we own—it’s something we steward.
The world will tell you to fill your time with more. More work, more commitments, more noise. But God calls us to fill our time with what matters most. He’s not impressed by busyness—He’s looking for purposeful living.
If you’re constantly saying, “I wish I had more time to pray, more time to rest, more time for purpose,” then it’s time for a time audit. Look at where your time is really going. What’s filling your day? What’s draining your energy? What’s keeping you from the things God has called you to do?
The challenge today is simple but powerful: Be intentional with your time. Set priorities based on God’s agenda, not the world’s. If you need to say no to something that is good but not God, do it. Every yes has a price, and wisdom is knowing when to say yes and when to say no.
God is calling you to use your time as a Kingdom resource. When you align your day with His priorities, you’ll find that there is enough time for everything He has called you to do.
